Pricing

The numbers, before we ever talk.

This is the sheet. Not a starting point for a quote, the actual prices, so you can decide whether to call before you call. Nothing on it is monthly, and nothing on it renews.

  1. 1 Solo practice website $2,800

The base build. Everything a solo practice needs to look credible and get found.

    • Homepage
    • About page
    • Services overview
    • A page per service or specialty, each SEO-targeted
    • FAQ
    • Privacy policy and terms
    • Contact form wired to your inbox
    • Google Business Profile setup
    More about this build
  2. 2 Group practice website $4,200

Everything in line 1, plus a page for each of your clinicians. Covers you and up to four more. Bigger than five? Each clinician past that is one more profile page, priced per clinician on the sheet I send you, not a jump to a new tier.

    • Up to 4 additional clinician profiles
    • Individual schema markup per clinician
    • A directory that routes clients to the right person
    More about group builds
  3. 3 Blog / journal +$850

Add to line 1 or 2. A login where you write and publish posts yourself, no code. This is for new articles. Changing the words on your existing pages is line 6, and having me write for you is line 8.

    More about the blog add-on

Often added, or instead

  1. 4SEO & authority carryoverfrom $250

Moving an existing site? Redirects, sitemap, robots.txt, llms.txt and schema all come with you, so Google doesn't forget you exist for three months.

  2. 5Branded email templatesfrom $200

Contact and intake notifications that look like your site instead of a default form-plugin email.

  3. 6Self-edit access (TinaCMS)from $400

A login for the pages you already have: fix a bio, change your hours, swap a photo. Not for writing new articles, that's line 3.

  4. 7Google Business Profile, existing sitefrom $200

Free with lines 1 and 2. For a site I didn't build: claimed, filled in properly, and linked back correctly.

  5. 8Writing, done for you$150 / hr

Page copy in your voice, or a standing monthly post so the blog on line 3 never goes quiet. Most of my clients have me write the first version of everything.

  6. 9The site you already have$150 / hr, or a fixed quote

On Squarespace, Wix or WordPress and not ready to leave? I'll work inside it: design, speed, copy, SEO, or a redesign like Sanare's. I'll also tell you if a rebuild would cost less. How that works.

Terms. Half up front, half when the site goes live. One payment at the end is fine too if you'd rather. No deposit is taken until we've talked.

Not on this sheet. Hosting ($0), platform fees ($0), SEO (it's inside lines 1 and 2, not a thing you add), and anything that renews.

Bigger idea, or something that doesn't fit a line? Tell me about it and I'll scope it honestly.

Common questions

Questions people actually ask me.

Yes. The sheet above is what you pay: $2,800 for a solo practice, $4,200 for a group, $850 to add a blog. The call is to find out which line you need, not to negotiate it. The only things that get a custom number are a group bigger than five clinicians, or work on a site I didn't build.
Completely. Your domain, your hosting account, your code in a repository in your name. It stays yours if we stop working together. This is the opposite of Brighter Vision or TherapySites, where the site disappears the day you stop paying.
Two reasons. It looks like nothing else, because it started from a blank file instead of a theme. And it's smaller, faster and harder to break, with no plugins to update and no monthly bill. The trade: you can't drag and drop pages yourself. For small text changes there's a login (line 6 on the sheet); for anything bigger, you call me. Most clients decide that's a feature.
Three to five weeks from deposit to launch for most builds; five to eight for a group with a blog. And no, you don't have to write anything. I ask questions, you answer them out loud, I write the first draft of every page in your voice. Most clients say it's their favorite part.
Nope. Therapists are the specialty, my wife runs a group practice, so I know that world from the inside, but the hand-coded, no-platform-fee approach works for anyone tired of renting their web presence. Recent proof: BrunsonWorks, a Denver property-management outfit, and Log Dog Timberworks, who build pergolas. And if what you actually need isn't a website but a web application, a client portal, a booking system, that's a different build and I do those under a separate studio: studionull.io. Current resident project over there: a site whose entire HTML is generated live by PostgreSQL, because apparently that's a thing I find relaxing.
